I'm facing a bit of a dilemma. I missed two days of gym (working out) so far because I was sick, and today I'm supposed to go, too. Now, I'm feeling much better, but I still have a small headache, and some coughing & sneezing. Would it be smart to just rest today, and just go the next day, which would be Friday?
