Frustrating loss. I didn't love us tonight, but we played a pretty solid game I thought. Frustrating that we had so many good chances to score and couldn't get it done. Wish Boyle would have scored there, but what can you do. Can't win every game. On a related note, is any team worse than the Rangers at getting chances late with an extra skater? The Stars owned the last 3 minutes of that game. As many chances as the Rangers had in the 3rd, not a sniff the last few minutes, which was very frustrating. Oh well, win against the Panthers and I'll be fine. But a loss there and we don't get this very tough 13 game stretch off on a good foot.
Two guys that are killing them is kreider and hagelin. The latter is absolutely pathetic offensive player. Looks like a fourth liner role player at this point. I would not shed a tear if he is gone after this season. Better be packaged in a deal for top 6 player who can score.
