Another really good all-around effort. Still a little too much overpassing at times but they really controlled that game. Looks like Smith is getting his act together.
Best game of the year. Dominated them. Hayes is just under 50% on draws. He is getting better each year on faceoffs. Fast is a huge part of this team. Never gets the respect he deserves from a lot of our fan base. Detroit, Vancouver, Florida, Carolina. This is a stretch for the Rangers to make their move. 4 wins, nothing less if they want to contend for a playoff spot.
A solid win, as a team the Rangers are at 50.1% on face offs, a marked improvement. Hank has another good game, nothing he could do on that one timer. PP 5th in the NHL, PK 13th but improving. Smith is showing why he's worth $4 mil, great vision on the ice in the offensive zone, don't mind the cross check penalty he took when it saves a goal.
Read AV was ripping Shattenkirk on the bench for his boatload of turnovers. About freakin time. Great on the PP but he has no concept of playing it safe at even strength. He needs to change.
