Going back to the opening goal.. 2 Tampa plays up high and Boyle goes to the point.. That is just dumb.. That entire 5 on 3 set the tone

no, 3:2 or 6:2 is not the same. This team is a disgrace. Most of these players should be ashamed. I don't remember the last time any team got lit up in ECF.

If the Rangers get by TB and win G1 of finals I'm betting my house on them
    Losing G2

I like that they got embarrassed on home ice the way they played. Just a disgrace of a gm they will be better in G3. Much better

Alright, this ones over series tied 1-1 and we can't play any worse than we did tonight. That being said we really need to stay out of the box so we can continue to attack. We also despite how we played had a ton of chances again but didn't finish which needs to change if were going to beat this team. I like the fact we got our asses kicked 6-2 instead of 3-2. This should serve as a kick in the nuts to our team and they should come out wednesday looking to take no prisoners. Saw msL postgame interview. Please AV put him in the press box and out of his misery already.

Guys some of you need to get through your heads that Tampa is a major step up in class from Pitt and Washington. A Washington team they were down 3-1 to. They cannot go about things the same way and expect to beat this team. You're all fooling yourselves if you think scoring two goals every game is going to beat this team. That having Nash be completely useless is going to get it done. Not happening folks.

I dont know if I like losing 6:2. 4 losses to Tampa this season where they got lit up in all four. It gives Tampa even more confidence that they can ass whip this team.

Thank you. I wish more people would wake up and smell the coffee. Tampa is not the Pens or the Caps. They're a solid and highly skilled team. All this talk about their slow defense and the Rangers still can't manage more than two goals.

AV is loyal to a fault to these players. MSL and Boyle both need to be scratched.

Dude what the fuck do you want done? Magically score more goals? They are not coming.... Do you honestly think this team sits on the bench telling each other hey score 2 tonight boys? No... Can they win 2 to 1..yes they can they did it game 1. It's not like they are playing torts hockey anymore... Remember it was all the coach play for 2 goals and block everything.

Unless our big pussy drives to the net and starts scoring goals on breakaways instead of shots outside the dots, shit ain't going to change

Then they're going to lose Al. You're not holding Tampa to one or no goals every game. At some point the inability to finish is going to be the downfall.

Ok but you didn't answer my question, do you think they are playing for two goals and hang on?

They play smart not give up 3 pp goals and a short handed goal... Play 5 on 5 hockey and they become the better team.

Typical of this board tied after 2 gms and the sky is falling. Horrible game worst since Prob Nov/Dec but this team will be fine. I expect a great game in G3.

Don't forget they dominated TB in G1

Scoring is a concern but defense and Hank is not

No, but they simply cannot finish. It's always the same story. Can't elevate the puck over the fallen goalie. Pass the puck when they should be shooting. Missing the net or putting it right into the midsection of the net minder. Tonight was just an example of a complete team breakdown. Nobody came to play.

Typical Rangers didn't show up in game two after winning the first one.

Can we give the other team some credit.. He guy who scored a Hamrick has more goals this game than our high paid asshole Nash... Ning played a great game two.. Something they had to do.
