If they play defense like they did tonight, they will win. If they sit back, and allow the Pens open ice, like game 2, well then it won't look good. They have to suffocate the Penguins, and make them work there asses off for a full 60 minutes. Penguin frustration should be on tap for Wednesday ... anyway, we will see

don't you think the pattern will break sooner rather than later, chuck?

And for the record, I hate Cindy. He is a cheap whiny baby. It is comical the NHL tries to make him the face considering he plays the way he does, but it is what it is. I cannot get upset over it when he does it game after game. That's who he is. If he can live with it, so be it.

I'm pretty much done defending Boyle, he's been putrid. Girardi was outstanding. You heard that right. :)

I hear you chuck with girardi maybe his best game of the season. I thought zucc was great too and kreider was all over the place especially in the offensive zone where they can't knock him off the puck. I feel nash getting closer to breaking out also. Yandle also playing a little meaner than I thought he could which is good to see

Honestly Step, I thought it would break game 2 against the Sens, Caps, Devs, Flyers, Pens...and it did not. I thought it would break game 4 against the Sens, Caps, Devs, and Flyers, and it did not.

We'll see if it will break in game 4.

As Dis said today, we haven't won games 1 & 2 at home since 94. Outside of Montreal we never take two game leads.

Again, I am 100% hopeful, just not going to bet on it or get all over the top locked in until I see it happen.

Boyle looks like he should be in the retirement home. If he's saving anything in the tank it's time to get it going.

Only tough thing to watch is and you old-timers remember this msl looking like willie mays did at the end of his career when he came to the mets. Hope he can have a few good games and contribute before all is said and done. With our salary cap problems really don't see how rangers can bring him back next year regardless of the price.

Hopefully a long way to go before we think about next season. That being said I doubt they bring him back.

Any shot they take Boyle out and leave Hunwick in when Klein returns? I don't see it, but not crazy to say it.

Absolutely right on Al, I forgot about him but he was great also. And like you I enjoy a good fight on occasion but I also hate these stick fouls cause eventually someones gonna get a broken bone from them just from the law of averages.

Maybe MSL needs to play again with Step and CK to get him going. Drop Miller to the third line with Hayes and Hags.

If AV is looking at it honestly Boyle should sit.

I wouldn't do that Step. The CK/Step/Miller line has been really good. I love that line.

Just hope MSL gets it going, and Hayes shoots a little more.

AV loves his L/R thing, so I would still think it will be Hunwick to sit, but not crazy to think...which is crazy...LOL.

Given how good Fleury has been were in pretty good shape right now. Fleury is due for a sub par game. When he has it the Rangers will score 5 goals

Klein doesn't look like he's going to make it this series.
