    Dwane Casey is the first coach in the NBA to improve the team win/loss for his first four seasons, culminating in a 56-win, two playoff series win 2015-2016 season, the most successful in franchise history.

    Casey is far from perfect but the grass is always greener. One thing the team hasn't done under Casey is regress which is more than can be said for most of the coaches we've had.

    Yeah he's not an elite coach but you don't always need one he fits with the core group we have and I think Raptors fans have been harsh on him.
