the refs deserve blame for horribly officiated game in general. Its sad when stars on both teams agree with each other. Then, you KNOW something's wrong.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Undertakernv:</div><div class="quote_post">Oh please, stop exaggerating. If you were to actually watch a Laker game you would see that Kobe hardly gets fouls called in his favor when he drives. Stop making Carter out to be such a victim, its pathetic.</div> Yea Kobe doesnt get calls cuz alotta his plays are flops. Remember in the finals against San Antonio, he always tried to take a 3, but first, leaning into the opponents for it, it was pretty pathetic to think he actually get those freebie calls.. It was also poor officiating that led to their win against Sacramento the previous year. Kobe always gets foul calls, what do you mean? You obviously dont watch enough Raptor games to see. Carter is screwed like that on every final play, thats what strung up our large amount of losses. And you think Kobe doesnt get foul calls alot? It is reserved for Shaq, and he gets a hell of alotta foul calls for nothing. Kobe has it easy, he shouldnt get any.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Undertakernv:</div><div class="quote_post">the refs deserve blame for horribly officiated game in general. Its sad when stars on both teams agree with each other. Then, you KNOW something's wrong.</div> Yea but they asked the wrong people at the wrong time. Payton would never admit if it was a foul or not. Who would really? It determined their win, so obviously they wouldnt say it was a foul. Its human nature. And not only that but Payton talks alot of crap.. he was especially the wrong person to ask, and he was also the "stripper" of Carter, so obviously if you did it, u wouldnt admit if it was a foul or not.
ya guys are all arguing over harm or no harm, i mean where da hell is the home court advantage, the leading vote getter attacking the hole AT HOME, he should definitely get the call. also since he was sandwiched between payton and fox, i doubt the refs had a good angle to call it a clean steal, at least call a jumpball, the refs simply got no respect for the raps. remember last yr lakers at raptors without VC, mo pete clearly hit a 3 to win the game, then they called it a 2.
There you go, Shaq said it was a definite foul on Carter. How could that ever be a clean steal, even the look of it tells all, the refs couldnt see it clearly, normally they would call foul on anyone in that position and give stupid fouls, yet they let that obvious foul go. Typical ref favouring lakers.. regardless if it was a clear foul or not anyways, any player lookin like that should get the foul called. I tell you if that were to happen to Kobe, all the Lakers fans would be flippin mad even if it was a foul or not. Lakers have screwed us one 2 many times! And I do remember that MoPete one last year where he hit the 3 and they called it a 2, ur rite. Lakers always gets the benefit of the doubt, i tell you, they will not get any more benefits once they hit the playoffs, they're probably gonna have to fight for everything for ONCE in their life

Typical Laker style, cheating to win. No real skill, thats why they lost to San Antonio last year. Shaq is the only good credited player on that entire roster. Without him they are nothing but a regular team with a .500 record at most

Goddamn we were close!! I really thought we were gon win at the end. If Vince actually got the call he deserved tho, we shoulda won this, period. I almost thought I won this prediction here. We cool tho, two straight close losses against two great teams is not that bad. We played with great intensity also, plus I neva seen Vince so energized and confident like that for awhile. Good stuff man, we'll be better once the schedule gets easier. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">wow. what an insightfull, intelligent and mature comment. as always your child like comments only make you look like an even bigger teenaged wanker then you already are. i have an idea, go to the store, grab some clearasil, and stop using mommy and daddy's computer to use words like "ass" or you might get grounded, or sent to bed without desert tonight.</div> If I ever had a slight clue to where my dad might be at, you know what, I would.
