    Don't care about this story. In time, the government will get what's owed as they always do. What is freaking obscene is that we live in a state where you can have to pay taxes of that amount just to own your home. Our property tax system is broken and the people seem too indifferent to change it.

    Yeah, most people really don't care about deadbeats who don't pay their debts. But it is surprising when a guy who made $80 million while living in Portland doesn't bother to pay his back taxes.

    Yeah, that's the ticket! He just forgot about those taxes. Happens to people all the time when confronted with a $150,000 bill.

    Uh, huh. I'm sure Wallace is doing the right thing, because he's known as a guy who always does the right thing.

    If I owed $150k in back taxes, and was a public figure who took a giant dump on the city when I moved elsewhere, I'd assume that the media in the town I insulted would report it.

    Without trenchcoat encounters, we'd have never known of Watergate. Rasheed just needs to pay his back taxes and be done with it. Liens, foreclosures, and tax violations are printed in the paper on a weekly basis, so it's not like it's anything new.

    As our god, it's your job to "judge" everyone. The article says the County already has a lien on it, but don't let that stop your invention of a new fake issue, whether Sheed is being treated specially.

    Rasheed is $150k behind in taxes he owes the county. 95% of Multnomah County taxpayers don't make that much money in almost 3 years, yet they pay their taxes.

    I've always been amazed at how Rasheed was coddled and protected by the Blazer internet community. He figuratively took more than a few dumps on our heads, yet some people seem to like it, and even ask for more.

    Cut The Check Rasheed, you deadbeat.

    So if Brian Grant was behind on his taxes and the public thought he had the money, it would be ok for KATU to bring a camera crew to one of his charity events to find out the details?

    There is a legal process. Let it run its course.

    I could care less about Rasheed and was glad he was traded. Because he was an ass does not make KATU or Canzano right for being just as big of asses.
