4/10 Since it's in photoshop, you have to judge it a little harder. The main pic is stretched out, the text is boring, and the concept is too plain. I could've made the same thing in Paint. Keep at it, though. And thanks for the advice NTC.
This one looks like crap, but I couldn't think of what else to make, plus it was hard as hell to change the jersey. Rate:
Your Best Friend. Just keep at it Carter, try not to focus on making a piece and just get a couple of images and play around with them in PS for a while, get to know the features. Also definatley check out the website I linked you to above, its a must have for anyone starting out in graphics. Hell even I still refer to that site some times, theres always new techniques and methods to be learnt.
Pretty good, the cut is done well and the background effect, while isnt spectacular, is decent enough. The only downfall is the horrible font selection. 5.5 / 10
I like the talib one. 9/10 The rest 7/10 Same style you usually bring. Nice, but played out already. Here was one I did for a battle and won with.. Too bad its too big! LOL
Warning! EXTREMELY BAD SIG COMING AFTER, NOT FOR THE LIGHT HEARTED! K i made this in this EXTREMELY bad program called Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006. Yes, it is bad, because i dont know how to get fonts, i dont know how to get backgrounds,i dont know how to get brushs, i cant figure out the pics, and all that jazz, so i neeed help. Scroll down to see result. Can anyone help and tell me whats wrong and what i can do about it. On the other hand i could ditch this program and save up(Im not that old, i still get an alowance=)) for Photoshop CS2, which i already have 125 dollars i can use for it, plus i can work. Tell me, what should i do.
Dude, that is a million times better than anything I have made with photoshop. Just download a free trial and I'm sure you will get better. How did you add a background image?
<div class="quote_poster">Carter Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">How did you add a background image?</div> I took the nuggets logo, faded it using the transparency effect, tilted it, then added it to the bottom of the stack as the background.
It's actually pretty nice for a first sig. Better than anything I have made or can do. Just change the font and put a border and that sig is nice IMO.
