absolutely amazing movie. don't want to spoil it for anyone but had they cut the film down half an hour or so, it may have very well been one of the greatest films. 9/10
I've always liked the Back to the Future trilogy. I keep hearing some nice things about authentiq's movie so I might have to check that out.
Slumdog Millionaire 8/10 It's a good movie to take your girl to see. Or you can download it and watch it with your family because it would cost like $60 to go see it in theatres. Step Brothers 5/10 Ghost Town 5/10 Eagle Eye 4/10 It dragged on.
Bigger Stronger Faster -- 7/10 -- probably wasn't cut together as well as it could've been, but most of the story was interesting.
Valkyrie- 6.5/10. Really slow moving and not all that suspenseful (perhaps because I knew what was going to happen? Hard to get invested into the characters when you already know the outcome and IMO that was the fundamental flaw of the movie). The end was good though. Yes Man- 7.5/10. Funny, not hilarious. That chick is hooooooooooooooot. Took my girl to see it and she liked it a lot, its kind of a "cute" movie thats funny and sorta romantic. Good date movie but just an ok movie in general. Resevoir Dogs- 8/10. Don't know why it took me so long to see this but it was pretty good. Swingers- 8.5/10. Another movie that I somehow didn't see for a long time. I thought it was good in a Clerks-ish way. Its not laugh out loud funny but theres a lot of funny jokes in the dialogue and the film itself is just kind of a non-traditional hollywood comedy. A Clockwork Orange- 4/10. Couldn't even get through the whole movie. Boring as fuuuuuck and generally not entertaining. The three way scene was cool though. 25th Hour- 8/10. Good movie, not great. SLC Punk- 8/10. Iron Man- 8.5/10. Walk Hard- 7/10 Its been a busy winter break lol. I must have watched about 30 movies over 3 weeks.
Yeah. It was a good movie but not mind blowing at all. There was nothing about it that was spectacular though I did enjoy the experience. Maybe I think of it a bit lower because I'm already schooled in classic Tarantino form whereas if you saw it when it came out it was unique and fresh.
My Best Friend's Girl - 7.56/10 - It was a pretty funny movie but just seems like a typical Dane Cook movie, starting to get old IMO. Righteous Kill - 8.5/10 - De Niro & Pacino made one hell of a movie.
Dark Knight- 8.5/10 Independence Day- 7.5/10 It takes alot for me to rate a movie higher than 9. Cant recall any movie off the top of my head that I have ranked as a 10.
Defiance - 9/10 In my book, this will end up being of the best movies of the year. I loved it, and Daniel Craig was absolutely brilliant.
