I'm used to everyone else bashing Ranger fans, it seems like a motif that's been around since before I was a fan, and that's pushing 25 years now. As for dump, him calling people morons is just his way, really, lol. I don't think he means any real harm by it, besides, that person who suggested that trade is a moron, no doubt about it.

I can't speak for the modding, but he's always been this way since I started posting on the ESPN boards, and it probably stems from that place being so god awful, with no moderation to speak of. I can relate to that, there where some absolute morons over there, to the point where a few members had multiple accounts to trash talk us with themselves. It was really bad, I actually called ESPN to have them do something about it, there was some seriously anti-Semitic action going on. They, of course, did nothing. I, of course, was really glad when this board came about.

Disagree with the idea that Nash has trouble creating his own chances. Nash is one of the only guys we've have here in awhile who can do that on a consistent basis. Gaborik, as much as I stuck up for him, was a guy who often had trouble making his own chances. He was more of a sniper and his game depended on finding open space and having someone get him the puck. He was ineffective when teams stuck to him and didn't let him get open. Nash has the size and puck handling ability to create his own space.

We're pretty open about how we do things here.

As a rule, we pretty much let people post what they want, where they want.

The ideal is to not have friction between mods and the posters. A LOT of trust in the poster. Side with the poster.

Like Gaborik, Nash when blanketed defensively, has trouble creating for himself. More scorers consistent scoring, means he's watched less and much better scoring chances.

Nash has no trouble creating his own chances. You obvious watch the games drunk with a hat pulled over your eyes.
