    KME...when your house is burning down one day because you fell asleep with a joint in your hand you will be praying to GOD that the fire department is quick. Or do you have a firehose attached to the side of your house?

    I agree with a lot of this . . . I have a hard time feeling sorry for someone's "rights" when they have commited a crime.

    But in you're senario, would you feel different if the officer let 10 cars go by that were doing 60 (in a 55 MPH zone) but decided to stop the black driver doing 60 MPH?

    DWB (driving while black) . . . in Beaverton, I think that is a crime. :D

    You are upset that police search homeless people?

    And by all means, take arms against the police and explain to the judge your reason for it . . . I'm sure the judge will understand your side.

    Look it up. It was on OPB a few days ago. How can you not be upset that thepolice illegally search anyone. It's against the most important things the country was built on. Judges are just cogs in the machine. The American legal system is the worst and most currupt in the world.
