God chose Jews to be his messengers....both, of the Law and the Gospel. Nonetheless, he's given us "all" free will to choose him......or not.
If they were chosen people but also don't believe in Jesus then ipso facto god chose them to go to hell.

But the Jew that chooses Jesus is not a Jew and therefore no longer chosen. To remain chosen, he/she must remain a Jew, and Jews go to hell.

God may have originally "chosen" the Jews to carry out his work, to be blessed by Him, but obedience was still involved. Shoot, even Moses himself never got to see the promised land due to disobedience. Even still, there will always be a Jewish remnant.
