<div class="quote_poster">Quoting TheFuller:</div><div class="quote_post">Why are you hating on Dunleavy for?, Its just his 2nd year, and already his numbers are up, he's improving each and every time he hits the floor, and the decisions he makes on the court are very high-quality!</div>

Because I dont like slow unathletic white men who can hit an open shot to win a game. Kind of like Todd Fuller.

Ouch...being compared to Todd Fuller is harsh. If Dunleavy continues to improve at this rate I believe he will be a very good player. But who knows...

You mean can't. Heck, if Dunleavy even gets to be half of how Mullin used to play I'd be grateful. Chris Mullin is one of my faves. He was good in college and good in the pros. Plus he's got the Brooklyn accent.

He has not fulfilled my expectations to this point. By now, I expected him to average 15ppg 7reb 4ast approximately.

I partially agree with you, except that its not really the numbers thats disappoints me, its his how he plays. The numbers he puts aren't that bad. I don't think he can change the way he plays. I feel that he will never become aggressive enough to be more than a role player. I just don't think he has the abilty to become better. Maybe he'll be slightly better next year, but he won't improve too much.

Maybe the Warriors will move him when his value is high enough. I always thought Dunleavy would be a Keith Van Horn type player. Great shooter, can win games. But absolutely no D and he's soft so he might lose to team swith stronger, athletic forwards.

That is all I really expect out of him at his best. I just hope he can play like KVH and Laetner played at their best. Then I would be satisfied. But I think that is a few years away.

I know Speedy is playing very well for you guys and I too would love to keep him at starter. But I think rebuilding is in order, you can get plenty of invaluable players for the likes of Dampier and NVE. Things will start becoming better once Troy Murphy comes back into form, he'll be a major factor in the future and can play well either way with him or Dunleavy being the person being relieved. Cardinal plays very well, he's a keeper.

I'm glad Rudeezy gives some love to Dunleavy. I don't see anything that is really wrong with him. Snow and Mobley were to become available, so maybe you could go after their defensive talents.

Mobley is definitely an average defender.
