When it comes to politics and media, critical thinking and independent thinking are good skills. For example, I will admit I watch a lot of CNN. Smerconish is my favorite show and I think most would consider him a pretty evenhanded journalist. But, I also understand that a lot of what I am hearing on CNN is sensationalist and might not be an accurate picture of what is going on. Occasionally I will watch Fox news. A lot of times I just like to listen to NPR. It seems pretty fair and less biased in my view. It's not bad to watch the Fox's or CNN's of the world. It helps however if you don't just view yourself as a follower of the cult of the network. Think for yourself.
I bet that sucker scammed most of us. That thing sucks. My old feather down pillow works best with another thin one.
Why bother with Fox and stale CNN when all along we knew NPR is the best. For instance, now I know how various communities feel about their educational and social systems.
