Isn't it funny how the ball went through Tony Graffaninos legs? It was almost a mirror image of what happened to Buckner. Although no runs were scored on the error the White Sox did score the next play. The Red Sox were swept by the White Sox and now have to face reality. Johnny Damon, Kevin Millar, and Jason Varitek are free agents and Manny Ramirez is hiring a new agent who will be on the lookout for trade opportunities for him. Is this the start of another long curse for the Boston Red Sox?

Go Yankees! The long curse should of continued--they never should of won the WC last year, that was so annoying, after the Yanks had a 3-0 lead [IMG]

The greatest in baseball history and maybe even sports history.

I'm surprised they were swept. It wasn't an upset though.

The White Sox were the best team in the AL. Of course it wasn't it upset. Not to mention Boston has no pitching whatsoever.

The Red Sox really need to get some pitching this offseason. Manny won't get traded and Varitek will resign. I think Damon will stay and Millar will leave. The Red sox really need a good second baseman and they have their eyes on Furcal. Next season will hopefully be better. Let's go Red Sox!
