By the way, I never explicitly put it together, but basically Jerry's son Michael Reinsdorf was involved in much of the design, construction, and "consulting services" performed to the City of Glendale in setting up the arena, negotiating with Jerry Moyes, the former owner, and trying to create a sale. That is, Jerry's son was, essentially, being paid by the city to negotiate terms of the sale of the Coyotes and lease of the arena with Jerry and with other potential buyers. Guess who's getting the team for substantially less money.
