    There is zero chance we would have the best package to offer for Leonard....we would have to acquire an all-star to package with CJ. CJ is a really good and highly paid offensive SG...That’s reality

    Maybe Kawhi is hinting to the Spurs front office he wants some better players on the team. Or maybe he is giving them an ultimatum of him or LaMarcus (I doubt that).

    If that was the case, if I'm the Spurs, I'd pack LaMarcus up and build around Kawhi.

    I get that Kawhi is in a slightly higher tier than guys like Boogie and PG but who the hell knows who has the best trade packages anymore when those two got dealt for what felt like pennies on the dollar.
