Republicans figure the voters will reject them. Court packing is their option for continuing minority rule.
My hope is that the dems can actually hold both houses longer than 2 years. For some reason they get both houses and the very next election they lose control again. Gives them a chance to correct a few wrong and pass a few bills but in the end they run out of time to enact real change.

And they have "proof" that his son has illegal pornography on his HD, that A: the owner of the store where the laptop was found said he never looked at it B: they've claimed they held onto this knowledge for months now and viewed it (which itself is an illegal act) and C: the PDF they said was evidence of this whole shit was created....last week? Are they even trying anymore? This is the laziest and dumbest smear campaign on record.
