I agree, I like that he's getting the treatment he deserves now. Should of happened last year though and there are still times this season so far where if it was a "star" player they would of called it. Like that inbound in Phoenix where he got molested but no call which was a big factor in that game.
UPDATED information because I was curious where he sits now: 5th in total Free Throws at 347 9th in Free Throws Attempted at 380 Tied for 9th in FTA per game at 6.9 I was curious where he finished last season compared to the numbers in the original post, so here are his final 2016-2017 numbers: 8th in total Free Throws made at 488 9th in total Free Throws attempted at 545 10th in FTA per game at 7.3 So his FTA per game are down right now. He's the 6th highest scorer in the league, but he's only 9th in attempts. That's not bad though. Curry is still horrible at getting to the line. He's 5th in scoring, right ahead of Dame, but he's tied for 14th in the league in FTA per game with LeBron and Wall, but in terms of overall free throw attempts, he's not even in the top 20.
Didn't we also hire a former head official a couple of months ago to work with the team? Seems like Dame has gotten some calls going his way since then, for sure.
Well, his FTA is actually down this year from last year. But he's still doing pretty good overall in terms of getting to the line. Way better than LeBron or Curry.
