Apparently Ric Flair quit WWE earlier this week. The possible departure from the company doesn't have anything to do with the recent WWE drug scandal, but sources say he's just frustrated with his push and hasn't received any encouraging communication from WWE management. As of now WWE hasn't given Ric Flair his release. WWE management are trying hard to get Flair to cool down and not quit the company. Discussions are going on to sort things out because WWE really doesn't want Flair to leave.

Sources say WWE has offered Flair a huge program in return for him staying with the company. At last check, the two sides still hadn't came to an agreement.

Last night it was reported that Ric Flair has given his notice to WWE because he is unhappy with the way his character is being used. According to one source, Flair gave his notice a few weeks ago, before any of the Signature Pharmacy scandal broke. People close to him say that he knows he is close to the end of his career. With all of the recent suspensions in WWE, Flair now has more bargaining power than ever, thus he has been offered a bigger role. Part of the problem is stemming from personal issues involving his children. This is said to have had an overall effect on his mood.Right now WWE is doing all they can do to try and get Flair back and are moving forward as if he will return.

He should have retired a long time ago.
