Neither does a bunch of guys who don't know you talking shit about you mean much of anything.

I think Meyers' problems are primarily mental: Too slow of reaction time, tendency to lose confidence in his shot.

The third game was testier. @BonesJones almost got into it with a guy because he was using his arm for spacing. Dude got pissed. The guy guarding @dviss1 was getting pretty irritated too because D kept calling fouls on him.

Absolutely was just pointing out correlation vs causation.
I agree with your take on Meyers too. I like to poke the bear once in a while with trading Meyers so I’m guilty there.

I tend to agree, unfortunately he is blessed with boyish good looks. Not griddle hard stone. No matter how hard he works, he will still look like an easy going loafer.

I know. I look like a complete jackass. For years i tried to change it. Now i just accept how i look and follow suit with the appropriate personality. And this is exactly why i think he should play beach volleyball. I think he would dominate and become beloved. Maybe even put ithe on the map for sports or something.

I'm not feeling sorry for the guy; that's hard to do when someone is getting paid $10M a year to play basketball. I do think that he worked his butt off before last season and was demonstrably better, but was caught in a numbers game as far as getting any PT to try to prove himself. With Ed being gone now, maybe he gets a bit more chance, but I still see him as the 3rd option at both PF an C.

How dare you insult the great @Orion Bailey by calling him a person like all of us!

My knees are absolutely shot right now. Hard to stand up from a seated position right now.

    I went to my doctor.
As @dviss1 said there are no mild concussions.
But my doctor diagnosed me with a concussion.
Which I was actually surprised she was so certain of the diagnosis after just looking at my eyes and asking me questions.
I figured they'd have more tests or something? Or at least have me come back in a week.
IDK I've never had a concussion so I don't know.

My head hurts, especially where I was hit.
Looking at things too long is taxing so I don't think I'll be spending much time on this forum until I feel better.
    Or the TV/Internet.
I'm sluggish and I'm told that I'm repeating myself a bit often.
My fiancee is less than pleased. In fact she is mad at me right now because I dove home yesterday.

    But it comes and goes.
An hour ago I was completely fine.
Had to stop writing this up and come back to it because focusing hurt a bit more than I'd like to admit.
What doesn't come and go is the eye I was hit in, it's painful to move it. No damage, just painful.

Concussions can really mess with you. I remember 2 days after my son was born it was my birthday and my wife was still in the hospital so me and a couple buddies took my boat out and went skiing. Took the hardest fall in my life and slapped the left side of my face hard. I stayed in the water for a bit and then got in to go home. To this day I still don't remember putting the boat on the trailer and driving home and putting the boat in the driveway (it's a long narrow driveway and not easy on a good day, but I got it in place). I went inside and called my wife as the hospital had a special dinner for the parents of the newborns and she immediately knew something wasn't right. Kind of scary. Lay low and take it easy for a few days,.
