    The NBA has to allow what's legal based off the CBA, and if there's rules stated that allow that and don't prevent that, the NBA has to abide by them.

    And also, Neil should've waited until right before the deadline to make the call to see if he could use his TPE somewhere else, and if not, then he uses it for Skal and creates one for Caleb.

    I mean that completely goes against the spirit of creating TPE's. Skal and Swanigan were within a couple hundred thousand.

    Disagree. The spirit is that the TPE is a "player to be named later". Skal Labissiere should be that player in regards to the Vonleh trade. Swanigan should have an exception for a "player to be named later".

    Can someone elucidate the hard cap rules for teams that are way over the tax line?

    I know we can't do S&Ts. But can we still complete trades with TPEs to bring in even more salary?

    OKC isn't hard capped so you can go as far over the tax as you want to. Obviously you should probably consider the ramifications of doing so but it's your team. Just to warn you though new trades in the game aren't generating TPE's so you're limited to the ones you already have.

    Giannis is a fraud. Cant shoot. All athleticism that will fall to the waste side with his hard jumping and landing as he gets older.

    I either need to improve the team, or blow it up cause they aren't winning it all as constructed. I think they are the 2014-2015 Hawks.
