    Seems like more often than not the Champion handles their first round opponents.

    Top tier Championship contenders based on first round results:
    Gonzaga
    Nova
    Arizona

    If you picked one of those 3 teams you should feel great about the opening set of games.

    I'm not so sure about Nova after today. I mean, sure they ended up blowing out Mount Saint Mary's but they didn't get the lead until 49 seconds before halftime. Mount just ran out of juice but I think if Nova lets Wisconsin have the lead that long like they did today with the Mount, Wisconsin is capable of keeping the lead with their defense.

    I think today's game was troubling for Nova and is just the beginning.

    Problem is, I filled my bracket out with my heart when it came to my Ducks. And as far as the rest, I went with my knowledge of the schools and their history, instead of how they played this season. Not a smart way to pick if you want to win.

    So far I'm tied for first, but all I did was read some predictions on a few websites and then watched about 4-5 videos of prognosticators prognosticating. I only watched about three or four college basketball games this year.
