RJ isnt a terrible player which means this has basically zero chance of happening. whatever we do is gonna be out of left field and, most likely, wildly underwhelming.
In this new world of positionless basketball, having 4 ball handlers and a shot blocking/rebounding center is very intriguing. It would be fun on offense, but I don't know what it would look like on defense.
People just say shit to be mad I swear RJ Barrett Age - 25 25-26 salary - 27.7M two years left Height - 6’6 PPG - 21 Rebounds - 6 Assists - 5 FG - 46% 3 - 35% now one of you saying Jrue is better please show jrues stats/age/contract
Yep. I think he could make another leap too. But I’m not sure how he fits in our rotation. I want to start Scoot.
Vegas influencing social media? Lol. Dark conspiracy: Teams that want to trade a player or trade for a player, but are gettingowballed, contact Vegas and request odds for betting on landing spots for players. Odds go public and people pay attention and start talking. Team now has potential added leverage through a social media consensus. Stretching it I know, but in this world, I don't count anything out.
https://www.reddit.com/r/torontoraptors/s/t5jVt2RjZs From the Toronto Reddit board, I think I’d do that trade. Thybulle/RW3/2026 2nd for RJ
Portland should be in the young talent acquisition mode right now. RJ certainly qualifies, but would be redundant with Sharpe. Would probably do it if they can find a flip. Price is certainly right and he is not 35 with $104 mil due.
IF and that is a BIG if a deal like this were to happen good chance either the Blazers are trading OUT of the first round or all the way back to 25 to 30 in the first round but just a fans idea but I like the bones of the idea just not sold on the player coming to the Blazers.
