He said Trump obstructed justice but that he was powerless to do anything because of Justice Department rules so he's leaving it up to Congress which translated means impeachment. I thought this was pretty obvious.

Barr should be investigated for his obvious interference and obstruction while totally misrepresenting what the Mueller report stated. Obviously you haven't read any of it. The Mueller report seems to be ok in my book. With the Manafort indictment it more than paid for itself so it was actually a profitable investigation. The only butthurt people are republicans and trump and his cronies.
