This is interesting, there is no statute of limitations for homicide so you could have women arrested for having what was at the time a legal procedure. Next, you'll see those states pass laws that felons can't vote. So a woman has a miscarriage and loses her voting and gun rights.
There is no right to travel in Constitution. Yet it has always been assumed. People are prevented by finances or by disability from traveling, but except in a few cases of individuals under criminal indictment, there are no legal barriers for citizens to travel within the United States. But by Alito logic, if not in Constitution it doesn't exist. Travel bans for abortion could give radical right wing activists on court another democratic right to take away.

At the same time, leftists are in favor of lockdowns, censorship, property seizure, forced injections... Even rbg said roe v wade was on shaky legal grounds. If you dont want it to be a states rights issue, pass an amemdment.
