    +> Matts That novel was Stellar. My son is 35 and he had hard times but we have always been close and every moment we share
    results in benefits within our relationship and ultimately our family. My wife of 39 years ( Jan and I) recently bought a house with an inheritence from my great father. Instead of giving our son $ to waste on a depreciating car we decided to invest into this property We wanted to give James a place for equity and personal growth rather than eventually passing on and leaving him unfulfilled.. He and I are renovating the place which involves GC, Plumbing and Electrical projects. We have joined together, shared ourselves within this project and it will stand as a monument in our relationship.

    Now that is what Life is all about b/t a Father-Mother and one's children....

    I feel the same, as you noted, My 1st of 3 homes, was just paid off in August of this year.......now My Son's to keep, a comfort to know He is taken care of, and will ensure a healthy future going forth......! That's what its all about My Friend......!!! (But you know this already)-

    BTW- I didn't realize your Son is 35, my eldest is 35, my youngest 31. Only the Youngest still lives in this Nanny State, the other two fell off of the wagon......That should make You, about the same age, as half of us here......? (no need to reveal your age)......!

    I'm not really surprised the O's took the Double, I'm not surprised at any game this team loses, but more-so surprised when they win....

    I'm stunned, Trashman still has a job, ........which was extended earlier in the year, I do believe.....
