Last game, I watched Kirk pretty closely. I noticed he got the ball out of his hands on some plays with 11 seconds left on the :24, which is a huge improvement. And I am actually glad to see him playing as good as he is. Beats having him play worse, and he's going to play come hell or high water.
Hinrich has always pretty much gotten the ball out of his hands when his coaches think he should (as opposed to when you or I think he should). This is part of the reason why his various head coaches over his 10-year NBA career have never played him less than 25 mpg.
