Well, other than the fact that you have an ungodly man-crush on Boone. But anyways, why not do this trade? It gives us something we need, and makes the front court less overcrowded.
I really beleive it when Ratner and Thorn say we want to win in the 2 years before the 2010 free agency. I think we only have 3 starters for next year on the team now: Harris, VC, Yi. We still need a starting C and a starting SF. Najera and young Lopez will not do it. I really hope Najera will be a S+T for our 3,3mill TE, so we can go after Dooling with the MLE for 2 years. I also beleive we will trade Krstic (S+T), KVH's contract, Stro, Hassell, Ager, Marcus, Boone and/or Swat. I still beleive we need Nocioni (who is also from Argentina, so he fits the marketing plan), and I also like Camby a lot. I'd love something like this: Harris/ Dooling /Carroll VC/ CDR/ Hodge Nocioni/ Simmons/ Hayes Yi/ Anderson/ Najera Camby/ Lopez/ Boone or Swat or some vet's min C Simmons, Camby and Dooling would all expire in 2010... That will be about 25 mill expiring... Anybody like it or hate it?

The Camby deal I guess is plausible but the Nocioni deal is way too much tilted in the Nets favor. My point is that our guard situation is much worse than our frontline situation. Why am I the only one recognizing this? I don't know why Dave D'Allesandro is floating that Camby trade anyway. Besides, he said he's just speculating, and he has a bad history with predicting trades (remember Hinrich and Darius Miles for Jason Kidd lol he wasn't even close).
