    You know what? Fuck Odom. He's been a non-factor all series. Everyone is quick to pile on Drew, but why no hate for Odom? He's been fucking horrid all series.

    Again, the only thing he is consistent at is being inconsistent.

    What has Drew done though? As terrible as Odom was today, that's just how far back Andrew is.

    And I'm sure he'd play better at home at least, I'm not sure Drew feels well anywhere right now.

    Odom torched the Jazz at least, and had a decent game 3.

    Drew's defense on Ming was not that bad. Phil isn't making the right call with Drew. It is confidence and even Drew came out and said that. Phil needs to draw up plays for him immediately when he enters the game. Letting him pick up a foul before he even gets a chance to do something offensively will only continue to shatter his confidence.

    Odom was today? Minus game 3, Odom has been terrible this series. He's been bitched by Scola all series long. I really hope that back injury severely limits Odom in game 5. I think Drew needs the minutes to work out of this funk. He needs the touches and the confidence from his teammates. I haven't seen one teammate go up to him and tell him to keep going at it, or keep his head up, or pound him on the chest and tell him to forget that mistake. It is confidence, that is all.

    Odom or not I think this team has more than enough talent to get it done, they just need to start the game better.

    Odom will be more important down the road, we might not be facing Boston anymore and he did well against the Cavs.

    There might not be a down the road with the way we're playing. Kobe needs to get his head out of his ass and stop roaming around. Houston finally realized that Battier has been open all series long and they capitalized on that.

    And we can't be waiting for Drew to get his confidence back, I'd rather have Lamar this post-season especially back in LA.

    When Drew got hurt, the season wasn't over. This team just needs normal performances from everyone else, which it has gotten. Kobe is the least of my concerns, you saw how he responded to Game 3 in Utah.

    Oh by the way, I was disgusted by our performance today and I stopped watching at about halftime. I thought we had lost by twenty something or 30-35. When you're down like that on the road, and still trying I do love that effort. Makes me think we do ultimately care in the end, we just need to remodel our plan with their first guy out.

    The positive in all of this mess. The Lakers played the worst basketball this season in the playoffs I've ever seen them play. I can't see Phil allowing that again. The Rockets shot the lights out in order to beat us. They were shooting from everywhere and hitting. It wont happen again. NOT on KOBE's watch.

    Anyway, even without a healthy Bynum the Lakers should be able put away a Yao-less, Tmac-less, Mutombo-less Rocketrs team with ease.

    Maybe I'm stubborn, but I still believe the answer to Bynum's problems is pounding him in the post. He needs to start game 5 and he needs to ball right away. Establish him from the start. Kobe needs to give the kid a pep talk. Houston's post defenders are like 6'9 or some shit like that. How big is Scola? 6'10 at most? Bynum should have a field day shooting over him and backing him down. It isn't the knee, it is mental. We should be eating them alive in the post with Bynum and Gasol. Matchups are what the playoffs are about. We heavily favor that matchup, we need to exploit it.
