Going doing 1 goal at halftime makes a hell of a difference in a players mental state. Not saying the germans didn't deserve to win, but say both had gone 2-2 at HT, the outcome would have probably been different.

The English team mustered a few good minutes of play the entire game. That is enough against mediocre competition but not against Germany.

However a half time draw is a major mental factor compared to being down.

Regardless of 2-2 or 2-1 at the half, Germany would have won. Sure England might have been up for it thinking they have a chance at a victory with a 2-2 score at the half, but Germany would have been up for it as well knowing that they need to win this and that they are the better team.

How do you know this??...pls explain, I doubt anyone knows, except for God or unless the game is fixed, which I'm starting to lean towards. If you watched the game, England came alive after upson managed to score and that followed by the lampards ghost goal in matter of minutes, and you tell me that the German's would have won anyways, come again please.

That Rooney call at the start of the match was questionable too...

Why did you delete that post? It was perfectly fine.

England may of been out-classed on the pitch, but off the pitch is a different story.
