First, thank you John Hammonds for trading for Maggette ! That's a nice award, dude. The exec of the year award is misleading in that it only looks at a body of work over one year, but whatever. I can't see defense-minded Scott Skiles being happy with Maggs and Gooden, but now it's on him to get the Bucks back to the playoffs. Hammond has time to CYA.
