    To me it looked like Brandon starting off playing like his usual uncertain self, then all of a sudden said "Fuck it, I'm fucking doing this" and just started making plays. Good for him. Apology accepted! :)

    GO BLAZERS!!!! Honestly, right now I am just so happy for everyone. Well maybe not Fernandez, because he is still struggling. He needs some love too. And by all means, just because Roy had a great game last night doesn't mean this is all behind him. I'm just soo glad that he actually had one good game after the controversy. Could you imagine if Nate gave him burn and he was still terrible? Holy shit we'd be flipping out!

    So, what's the difference? Seems as if the Blazers won 2 games after Roy made his comments. You bashed Roy for "killing team chemistry" without even knowing if he did kill team chemistry. Seems as if you were 100% off on your opinion of how Roy's comments would impact the team.

    Papa, you think that Roy should get more minutes, but in this thread, everyone disagrees with you. Roy did well only because he was saved for the 4th and late 3rd quarters. So you are wrong and Boob is right. Just play Roy when we need him. Save those knees.

    I think it's really important to note that Roy is still getting his 20-25 minutes per game; even during the clutch performance last game. I agree with most that say Roy needs to come off the bench for one reason alone.

    I really think we need Roy mainly for the later part of the third and the 4th quarter. Manage his time before that, so he is strong and has energy for the 4th.

    Numerous recent references to my age, huh? Sounds a little stalkerish to me (is that a threat?). Maybe I should ask to be banned for my own safety and then come back in a couple weeks under a different username posting in the exact same, easily recognizable style because I NEED the attention and I NEED to have my self-worth validated by a bunch of anonymous strangers in an online discussion forum and lack the self-discipline to stay away even if it jeopardizes my own personal safety.

    And, for the record (not that it matters), I haven't turned 50 yet. I still have a couple months to go.

    So what? Some of those posters also said that Roy should be benched for the rest of the series after Game 2. I disagreed with that as well. Looks like I was right on that one, despite majority opinion.

    I don't really care about who kicks my ass, or who thinks I'm getting my ass kicked, or whose ass I kick.

    I was pointing out that a 50 year-old man feels the need to not only ignore posters who make him look foolish, instead of owning up to his mistakes, but to also repeatedly announce it to the board. Him being 50 doesn't matter to me at all. Him having the confrontational skills of your average high school girl while being 50 is funny to me, though.

    I bet you'd be hard-pressed to find a half-dozen posters who took that position.
