Rudy tried the honest approach and got torn up and spit out by the local media who writes an article on the front page of the sports section telling Rudy to grab a tissue because he is a big crybaby. So now he shuts up, doesn't want to cause a distraction (IMO) and says he is happy with his role. What's wrong with that? The guy misses his home country and wants to go back home and play there, what's he suppose to say the media?
I mainly feel like he should be a grown up and deal with the contract he signed but I do feel sorry for him being so home sick. I'd love to believe he was telling the truth both times and he really is happy in Portland now.
