I have finally started to agree that Wade gets too many calls. I used to think that he earned all of his free throws by going to the rim hard, but it is flat out ridiculous as to how many he gets. Wade gets fouled alot, but if anybody drove to the rim as reckless as he does, I dont think they would get those calls. The refs would just say that they were "out of control". Maybe I have just become a little bit biased, and I am coming up with things to say because its just ridiculous that he gets that many free throw attempts.

He totally exploits the game by falling and making the "foul" looks 10 times worse than it really is.Whatever works though, I guess.

At one point in the game, he had like 5 more free throw attempts than field goal attempts or something like that (not sure how accurate that is but I remember something like that). It is frustrating....</div>Im not sure if it was Yao Ming who did this or if he still does it, but earlier in his career I noticed that he would exaggerate a lot too and get a call his way. Like when he's driving and when he gets bumped he makes look like it was very hard hit and drops to the ground.

Seriously though, in the finals Wade got a foul called when he fell back on a three. Dirk and Marquis Daniels (?) were defending him, and though neither touched him, he fell back and got the call.

I was thinking of the first one. It was Terry and not Daniels, but he clearly fell back with a ref about 3 feet away. If you cannot make a call from 3 feet away, you don't deserve to be officiating for 3 year olds, because obviously you cannot see their feet to know if they are traveling.The worst one is the last one. That just... wow. Dirk literally gets punched in the stomach and gets a foul. Disgraceful.

Okay, okay I can see that everyone is heated, but at the wrong people.Why is there a thread about the players breaking the rules when it is the refs that ultimately make the final call? That makes no sense. The way the Finals was officiated, Steve Javie and Dick Bavetta could... Well finish that for me.Point the anger at the refs b/c if they don't make the right calls, there'sno reason for Wade or any other star to do anything that they want.
