    Rumors are leaking that the Blazers are trying to move up to the #1 pick by offering the Toronto Raptors both of their lottery selections (#4 and #7). I don't have a link yet but it seems like realistic.

    ESPN just reported they are considering trading the 4th and 7th to Chicago since Toronto is taking Bargnani in order to beat Jordan to Morrison.
