Arguing over whether Limbaugh believes what he says, or is just being sarcastic, misses the point. There are a frightening number of people out there who hang on his every word and take it quite seriously. He is encouraging/justifying racism, even if he doesn't believe a word of his own blathering.
Yep, that is what I was saying as well. The pubs don't have a real leader right now, so it seems Beck and Limbaugh are leading the way. So saying something like this is really irresponsible. But thats ok, he likes that. He got what he wanted from it, and that was attention.
