Chicago Bears safety Ryan Mundy has been fined $22,050 for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Ed Werder. Mundy wasn't penalized for the play, which occurred early in the second quarter of the Bears' 27-13 victory, because it was ruled on the field that Mundy led with his shoulder on the tackle.
