I'd be fine with that. This doesn't seem to be being "managed" right now, and a structured draft won't function without management. A free-for-all for the leftovers is probably the best bet.
I started sending out PM's to sets of 5 people at a time to pick, but the last few people never picked. I suppose this could work since DW pulled a HK
i propose this... end the draft? the rest of the players will be available through free agency when we start up? that way we can all take a breather here allow me to catch up because..... im having serious issues with 2k10 on the pc, everything from ridiculous sim stats to flat out crashes, i might grab 2k9 and see if it is more workable. in any event we are still on, this has kinda been a nightmare from a technical standpoint for me though. i tried the newest nbalive and it was beyond fucked, theres no sim sliders, and the stat engine was so fucked, like garnet with 13 assists per game fucked. like chris bosh shooting 4 times a game fucked lol. hit me up in a pm with any questions, suggestions?
^ Maybe just scrap the whole thing? I've been in a lot of these leagues and most ppl lose interest after the fantasy draft. Frankly I think at least half of our owners have forgotten about this. Maybe we'll just hold a vote and see who has the best team or something. It's really not worth all the effort if you're having difficulty with the sim.
well, it is enjoyable for me, so theres no worries there. if the interest is nonexistent, i guess there is no point in me posting it here, but ill likely see this through to completion like a good little whore.
We have half a round left, I know I would really like to get one more player on a rookie contract considering I have a lot of bulky contracts rather than go through free agency and get less years. I wonder what happened to DW.
I'm still good with doing this. I've been looking forward to the league itself actually starting and am quite curious to see how my team fares.
