A federal grand jury indicted former Chicago Bears receiver Sam Hurd and Toby Lujan on Wednesday, each with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, and one count of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, U.S. attorney Sarah R. Saldana of the Northern District of Texas announced. Authorities in Chicago arrested Hurd at a Rosemont, Ill., steakhouse on Dec. 14, and the receiver was cut by the team two days later.
