In a brutal main event on AEW Dynamite, Samoa Joe defeated Minoru Suzuki to win the ROH World Television Championship. Joe won the title after hitting the Muscle Buster. After the match, Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt appeared at ringside to give Joe their present to him. The lights went out and 7 foot 3 former basketball player Satnam Singh appeared on the ring and he, along with Dutt and Lethal, attacked Joe. Singh has been training for months at the Nightmare Factory to become a pro wrestler.
