Heck, I wouldn't object to him expressing a thoughtful opinion on why Harmon has the potential to be a better coach...that's perfectly fair. It's the pontificating and spin doctoring that is getting on peoples' nerves. Supporting Billups doesn't make someone a "rape apologist" and supporting Harmon doesn't make you a "lynching apologist."

I think that Kidd and Cuban had a plan but Cuban needed to part ways with Carlisle. I don’t think it was intended to be a snub against the Blazers or Dame…it was just an awkward set of circumstances.
