...this place was "up-scale-ish" and seemed to be a lot more reasonably priced when I was there for the Emerald Bowl a couple of years ago:

I disagree. I did the Alcatraz tour about three years ago and thought it was one of the better tourist attractions I've ever seen. The audio tour included testimonials from actual convicts from the prison.

I guess if you've been in prison before or have toured one before, it ain't that hot. But me and the wife had a good time.

Check out www.sterngrove.org. There are great free concerts in Stern Grove in Golden Gate Park throughout the summer.

Your armpit is behind your butthole? Are you some sort of contortionist?

I was actually pretty disappointed with the King Tut exhibition in SF. It was interesting, but not as amazing as I was expecting. I guess I just set my expectations too high. :dunno:

SF was dope, ended up @ the Hyatt, great view from the room:

ate at Nanking, which was awesome..they take chinese dishes and then add a few more fresh ingredients to them...had the sesame chicken (with sweet potato), sizzling rice soup (some of the best I've had...usually bland but this had lemongrass and shit), fried calimari (awesome, swimming in a vinegar sauce) and some bok choy. long line. :

ate at Swan Oyster Depot, which was amazin. lines too.

awesome sashimi dish..raw scallops were like butter..so good.

hit up Union Square, walked up to Coit Tower, went to the top....met up high school friends, walked around chilled in North Beach, hit up Giordano Brothers which is like the Primanti Bros. in Pittsburg....

the city is awesome....gonna definitely go back.

oh yeah, also watched the Carano vs. Cyborg fight

cyborg kicked her ass, she was at the same hotel as us, I got to pat her on the back..haha...no Carano in sight though. :(
