That was a liberal bias publishing a picture she had already taken? I'm at a loss to explain how...let me guess, because it makes her look cheap and tawdry and basing her profile around her looks?
Ok, but how was it a cheap shot? I just want to verify, from the man who said of her "she's hot" that it wasn't because of her looks on the cover Can you give me a pre-election example? For instance, do you think Katie Couric was part of the liberal conspiracy to damage her reputation, and if so...how? I just saw Katie Couric rip the Sec. of HHS a new one tonight, so maybe she's just covering her tracks?
Wait, because Newsweek put a picture of her in shorts? Thats your sample? That's one world class stretch you got going there, Armstrong.
People who blame the "Liberal Media" are awesome. It's really helpful to the rest of us because it's like throwing up a giant flag that says "I'm fucking retarded, don't mind me." Facts, Schmacts. Let's ignore the fact that Palin isn't good at anything and blame "dem libs." Pa-fucking-thetic.
Since you yourself say she's "hot", and since she posed for that photo, it seems a little odd for either of you to complain that it was published. Does it make her look less than serious? Sure. Did they do it on purpose? Sure. Is it completely in keeping with her actual character? Sure. It's not a violation of journalistic ethics to tell the truth. Truth is, she's trading on the "hotness" that you perceive, and that picture conveys that. She's probably secretly delighted with the cover. barfo
Of course, that doesn't change the fact that she's hot. Let's not misinterpret barfo's statement. I mean, if grandmothers are your thing. Geez, ABM, how old are you?!?!?!
I'm not going to spend the evening citing example after example, but, let's face it, the libs are afraid of Palin. And, I ask why? I mean, she ain't even in politics right now/ OK, she wrote a book. Big whoop. She's more of a novelty to me. Again, though, why the incredible interest by so many as to what she does? Especially if she's a stupid conservative bag of wind?
I don't know why you think smart people are "afraid" of her. I don't know if you mean they're afraid of her in the sense of what she represents, what she might end up doing, or afraid of the chance she might ever get in power, I don't know. But I think most people, "libs" included, see her for what she is. Someone who is desperate for her 15 minutes of fame not to end and trying anything and everything to extend it. I'd guess it's because she's brought up as some trump card by conservatives. I mean, you are aware that you were the one who created this thread, right? It's not like some "lib" watched Hannity and made this thread.
I'm not asking for example after example, after all there is a game on Just one pre-election example that is not subjective and then a clarification of your Newsweek comment. Okay, two examples technically is example AFTER example..but if you could just do one or the other. Just trying to understand objectively how the liberal media have screwed us all over comrade.
You started this thread on her, and you are wondering why there is interest in her? Well then, why are you interested in her? Edit: eh, looks like Julius beat me to that point. Let me make a different one then: I don't speak for all libs, but I fervently want her to run in 2012. I'm afraid of her just like the US soldiers in WWII were afraid of the bombs being dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. barfo
I'm sure she likes a little slap cho....um... fuck it. I'm sure she likes a little slap chop and nuts.
I think the play on Newsweek's part, though, was that Palin was somehow acting cutesy for the cover of a national news magazine.
Anyone who thinks Palin posed for a story called "Palin is a problem for GOP and everyone else" is not using their brain. edit: double edit: I bring images from the future!
