Agreed. I don't see what the commotion is about Obama bowing before another head of state. It's protocol. Though I'm certain it was (people who became) Obama supporters who came up with all sorts of nasty stuff about Bush holding hands and worse (9/11 conspiracy theories).
It does seem to me that the Hitler comparisons coming from the left are coordinated, funded, and organized, while the ones coming from the right seem to be coming from a very small lunatic fringe.
The ones from the left, which are just as pathetic and idiotic, are probably as much a minority of the whole, as those of the right. And please, the left is anything but well funded, organized and coordinated.
Agreed, my bringing up the Bush thing was just to show that it's silly to make comments about these situations. When I saw Bush holding hands, I thought "oh, I wonder if the Blazers play tonight".
thanks Captain Internet for saving us with a non sequitur I'm sure there are many posters here who'd never heard it. I barely ever had. right, so I'm imagining (or lying about) what I'm contending. You are such a joy! if I were on the Left I'd try to bring these people into my camp. If I were a Tea Partier I'd call myself the a Bagger to own the word ha! Thats not even what I was implying... paging Dr Freud! CNN radio. Look up your own links lazy boy. they get additional attention because they have a loaded word associated with their name. This extra attention helps their message get heard as it makes an impression. I'd expect most people who do know the double meaning give it about a half second of smirking thought and then don't ever give a crap again. Thankfully we have ever vigilant patriots like you playing word police on the internet keeping us safe from nothing issues. with all the attention you keep focusing on gay stuff I was beginning to wonder what you were really trying to say STOMP
You have got to be kidding. George Soros? ACORN? Michael Moore? What'sherface Huffington? Dailykos? Al Gore? AFL-CIO? Not well funded, organized, and coordinated? All have fanned the flames of irrational hatred on the left. Handing out signs, busing in protesters, paying protesters, knowingly disseminating false and/or misleading information, using thugs to intimidate and suppress dissent, etc. I'm sure some of that happens on the other end of the spectrum, but it's on a much smaller scale. The mainstream right wishes the nuts would go away, while the left embraces, supports, and defends their whack jobs.
where is the "hatred" from the left? I'm not asking that to be snide, I honestly wonder who the "left" hates? Btw, you might have all those people you mentioned, but none of them have the audiences that the conservatives do. Glen Beck, Hannity, G. Gordon Liddy, Limbaugh, Savage or Larson do. wait, which side are you describing there? That's evident in both sides. Plus, who has rallies supported by a major network? Left or right? you can't be serious. Have you not seen the "9/12" thing (or 9/10)? Or the whole Kenyan birth thing? Or the bowing thing? The right (and by "right" I mean not only the conservative portion of the party, and the party itself) is by far more organized. If anything, that's one thing that is pathetic about the democrats and the "liberals". They have no clout, power or figureheads. the mainstream right listens to the whackjobs (Limbaugh, Hannity, etc). The whackjob lefts don't have a voice on TV or radio. Plus, I consider the whackjob left to to be the ELF'ers etc. The whackjob right are the super conservatives who condemn gays, abortions, freak out whenever any mention of gun control is whispered, and have TV shows on Fox, and radio programs that have huge audiences.
Those people run on both sides of the spectrum, and have absolutely no public power or voice. The other 99% of us just laugh at them, left or right, D or R.
Dude, AGAIN. How the fuck is that not confrontational? How is that not going out of their way to piss people off? How is that civil and respectful? I'm glad we could come back around to the original point of these pictures that you so deftly ignored the first time.
Watched Palins interview tonight with O'Reilly. She maybe more clueless and out of touch than either Bush or Obama.
Of any, even remote, presidential candidate, Palin scares me the most for our country. The republicans have much better choices. Thankfully, most of the party doesn't want to nominate her. It would be very good for the Dems if she did somehow get the nomination, though. But I think its gross that she has balls. The liberal media will probably have a field day with that. P.S. - Obama is a socialist, communist, marxist, muslim, kenyan, nazi, racist who was illegitimately elected president thanks to ACORN. As for the interview, it makes me laugh comparing O'Reilly's interviews of Obama and Palin. Its a joke the guy acts like an Independent and says his show is the "No Spin Zone". Give me a break. No matter how hard O'Reilly tried to set her up to get her talking points in and make her looks good, she still looks like... well... Sarah Palin. He did ask her some interesting questions, like about her interviews during the campaign (Curic and Gibson), but they were SO soft. He even demeaned the people asking the questions, implying they were unfair, etc... Great journalism, O'Reilly. The American people aren't going to learn about her with soft ball questions. I think my respect would shoot up for Palin if she went on MSNBC for a 10 minute interview with Rachel Maddow (Olbermann would probably be too disrespectful). The same reason I think Obama should go to Fox and do an interview there (even though he has). Speaking of Fox, lol at their two "production mistakes" recently. "We didn't mean to show clips of other protests instead of this one to make it seem like this was larger... and then exaggerate the number of people attended by up to 35 thousand people!... HONEST!" At least people are paying more attention to the type of fast ones Fox tries to pull all the time.

http://www.usnews.com/articles/opin...acy-like-911-stirred-nation-to-vengeance.html The Conservative conspiracy. A conspiracy is two or more people conspiring to act or work together toward the same result or goal. On April 15th Millions Americans were involved in a Massive conspiracy to file their tax returns on time. Thats one conspiracy that brings us Good Roads, Public Education, and other needed government services. That's a conspiracy I agree with. I think it strange to lump the Lincoln Assassination and 911 together. There have been several polls over the years, and most Americans don't believe that 19 Saudi Arabian Hijackers who had only a few lessons on how to fly a plane, armed only with box cutters, High jacked Jet Planes and crashed them into the world trade center with military remote control precession. During the 911 hijacking, they showed George Bush on TV reading the book "My Pet Goat" to preschool kids. In the video George Bush is shown holding the book upside down. Please don't tell me that George Bush can't read. Literacy is an important thing. George Bush said he invaded Iraq because thats where the "Hijackers" were trained. Why didn't he invade Saudi Arabia? Surely it wasn't because of all the Saudi Arabian money George W Bush had been given over the years to finance all of George W Bush's failed business ventures. On Apr 26, 2005 George Bush and Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Abdullah were shown holding hands strolling through spring flowers at George Bushes Crawford Texas ranch. Ah, so thats it, thats why he didn't invade Saudi Arabia. How romantic. My local TV station showed a Video Clip of Barack Obama at a recent state ceremony jumping when he heard a 21 gun salute. I thought it was creepy and mean spirited our local TV station which is Republican owned, would show such a thing. The dark message they were trying to convey was clear. I find it strange allot of Republican Conservative writers are starting to write about the Lincoln Assassination, trying to connect it with modern day. Granted Tuesday was the 144th anniversary of Lincoln's assassination. http://news.google.com/news?ned=us&hl=en&q= Lincoln Assassination But during the George Bush years, there were very few articles about the Lincoln Assassination in the main stream media. The Conservative media subtext is clear, its hate full, and its Un-American.
