I really hope the SL injury and the first week of the regular season injury are just a coincidence. I absolutely hate having undependable injury prone players. Was he hurt a lot in the G League?
Scoot is having a horrid rookie year so far. Obviously he can still be good in the league but, drafting him and Murray isn't looking great right now. Thank God we got Camara.
Yes. He Had a nasal fracture and a sprained ankle. Not as bad as this one though. Then he had his shoulder in SL.
November 1st: Report on November 11th: Houston Rockets rookie Amen Thompson recently shed the walking boot on his right foot and is progressing in his recovery from a Grade 2 ankle sprain, he told Kelly Iko of The Athletic. Thompson endured the injury on Nov. 1 against the Charlotte Hornets when the 20-year-old appeared to step on the foot of a defender. Rockets coach Ime Udoka confirmed the extent of the injury after the game and said Thompson would miss an undefined amount of time. The fourth pick was seen afterward in a walking boot on crutches. He appears to be recovering well and could be on the verge of returning in the next two weeks, according to the report.
I don't know how true that is. You can correct me if I'm wrong and maybe I am but I thought you were in the "Trade Dame" camp long before he asked out and to me that's not 110% support. That's also not an accusation from me because while I liked the person that Nurk presented himself to be to the fans, I couldn't stand Nurk the ball player and wanted him gone for a long time. I was calling for CJ to be traded for I'm pretty sure around seven seasons. Obviously I didn't support Felton when he came here out of shape and gave half the effort I'd seen him give on other teams. The list goes on for me. I do always want what's best for our team. I want the Blazers to be successful and always watch as much as I can and read as much as I can about our team. I'm not one of these fairweather fans that talks about giving up on the team and that kind of bullshit. Players, coaches, GMs, owners, etc. that's a different story.
