    Tough news.

Hope they don't rush him back.

For now....you pray Jrue holds up and can play 32-34 minutes a game and Deni and Shaedon are able to take on more ball handling / playmaking duties.

    Jrue 32/ Deni 16
    Shae 32 / Tisse 16
    Tou 33 / Tisse 6 / Murray 9
    Deni 19 / Grant 26 / Murray 3
    Clingan 26 / Rob & Handsome 20

Is it too late to do an Achilles transplant from Scoot to Dame?

Problem with those is you have to cut both ends.

I’d have to look, but I think that’s some wishful thinking. No way he could put that grind in.

So just one simple cut. Could work.

Tear sounds bad. But it’s not as bad as you think

Hamstring is connected to the Femur not the Humorous.

We weren’t even sure he was starting. This injury is probably at the worst time of his career. I understand he’s still young but exactly how long do we continue to say it?

It just means your harmstring is crying, right?

    Saying this for years
Don't even need to necessarily be an athlete. I have naturally larger quads and two of the three worst injuries I've had were pulled hamstrings while trying to plant on a dead run while playing slow-pitch softball. The second one had me wearing a thigh sleeve for more than a week and unable to bend my right leg without severe pain for two-to-three days.

It's kind of the thing you see with Zion and other really muscular people. Big muscles exert extreme pressure on the ligaments and tendons associated with them.

Damn that blows. This is going to be a huge season for scoots development. Hopefully it doesn’t turn into a lost season

Yeah this is the kind of injury that derails the guy until he completely recovers. Like it’s been said already. He won’t even start drills again until Thanksgiving. Then you hope he doesn’t injure it again. Could be looking at Christmas before actually back and playing full speed.

IIRC, a problem with hamstring injuries is recurrence. I recall Clyde missing over 30 games one season because he injured his hamstring, then came back too soon

Maybe when he was a Rocket, but the only extended time Clyde missed as a Blazer was due to his knee being bad in 92-93, iirc.

He really was a shell of himself in 92-93, and while he had better seasons going forward, he clearly had peaked in 92.
