    Could be?

All I know is that I would feel better about playing someone like the 76ers at home after 2-3 days rest than I would playing NO on the second half of a back to back on the 5 games in 6 nights road trip

Like Orlando sitting in Portland for 3 days waiting to play us on the second half of one of our back to backs, and they whooped us. Orlando is a good team, but things being reversed, and us having three days off while them coming to Portland on a back to back, I think we whoop them

And I'd still be willing to bet we win more against the Hornets than the 76ers in that situation.

If we had won both games against Houston, both teams would be 24-24 and we'd be in the thick of the playoff race. Told you the season was over.

We'd also be 24-24 if we'd beaten the Clippers and Suns in the first week of the season, so by your logic things have been all over since January 6.

You bump this thread the same day you start a new thread saying 6 of next 7 games at home?

In that thread you say, the SAME FREAK'N DAY you give us this 'told you so':

So, are you sure the season is over, or do you think they will make the playoffs?

If we don't make the playoffs, I'll be right. If we do make the playoffs, I'll be glad.

Bump now that it officially is over. And against Houston no less. What a horrible season. Hopefully, we win the lottery. I'm officially giving up on watching the games which most of you did weeks ago. So long, Blazers. Have a good summer. I have to pick a team to root for in the playoffs. Out East, it will be whoever plays Miami. Out West, I guess Dallas, provided they make it.

Anyone but OKC in the West. I'm rooting for the Grizz or Spurs.

I expect Aldridge to be benched the rest of the season. Absolutely nothing to play for.

I haven't and won't quit watching the games. Still bleed red and black. I want to see more of the youngsters (and JJ), though.

The Blazers have missed the playoffs 12 times in their history - that's since the 1970-71 season. That's downright impressive, and reason to be a fan.

Unless they want him to develop chronic knee problems next season, considering that he is likely to play this summer, we have nothing to play for now, and the best thing that could come out of this season is a better lottery pick, Yeah, I say limit LaMarcus' minutes big time down the stretch.

Limit Batum too, since he has already developed chronic knee pain thanks to playing year-round. NBA players should not be permitted to play international ball in the off season, IMO.

    More Thabust!

    Season over.

Can't let a Parkerless Spurs team beat us. We have the same record as the Lakers now. Pathetic. Too big of a hole to climb out of. I guess we'll get a good pick next year. No title chances this season. I'm never wrong.
