<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Cavaliers picked up by Boozer LeBron James? Who needs him? Zydrunas Ilgauskas? Forget him. Turns out having a super rookie and an All-Star center is overrated -- at least for one night. The Cavaliers persevered without both Tuesday and did so quite well, getting major contributions from a number of parties in a satisfying 99-94 victory over the Seattle SuperSonics. Without James, who sat with a sprained right ankle, and Ilgauskas, who served a one-game suspension, the Cavaliers (14-27) had to find the 35 points and 15 rebounds the two usually contribute. They got it from Carlos Boozer, who might have had his best game of the season after just having had his best game of the season. Boozer was a hurricane of production, tying his three-day-old career high of 32 points and setting a season high with 20 rebounds. He hit 9-of-20 shots from the field and 14-of-15 at the free-throw line. That speaks nothing of what he did in the game's last 20 seconds, when he thwarted two Sonics possessions with defensive rebounds and also made four free throws to extend the lead. After his 32-point, 18-rebound effort Saturday in Utah, Boozer's two-game package left his coach waxing in hyperbole. ``I'm just so happy for him. We knew what he could do and the whole world is seeing it now,'' said Paul Silas, who recorded his 300th win as a head coach. ``He was a monster in there any time we needed it.'' It was a monster evening altogether. Boozer's effort was the first 30-point, 20-rebound performance for a Cavalier since Shawn Kemp reached it six years ago to the day. ``I've been getting the opportunity and just taking advantage of it,'' Boozer said. ``I've been playing off my teammates. I can't really take any credit for it.'' The victory was the second in a week over the Sonics (21-21) and the Cavaliers' third in the last four games. It marked the first time in team history the Cavs have swept the season series from Seattle, and it was the first home win over the team from the Pacific Northwest since 1998. Not to mention the significance of pulling together a team victory without two stars.</div> Full Story

Just saw the 2nd half to this game, and here is what I have to say. Seattle is too in love with the 3 point shot, every single time down they look to shoot the trey before looking inside. Kevin Ollie owned Ray Allen with his in your face defense, he was in his shirt basically. Rebounding. The Cavaliers are just more aggressive on the glass, oh wait, we are the best rebounding team in the NBA. If you rebound the ball and box out, Seattle will give you plenty of possessions. Our style of game takes Seattle completely out of theirs. Silas got his 300th coaching win too.
What did i tell all of you, cavs would win by 5 and Boozer would get like 50 points and 20 rebounds. he didnt get to fifty but maybe next time.
I can't see how they won without those two in the line up. The Sonics were winning for a while, then Boozer killed them.
